The commis chef is responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting food according to the established standards.
Job Responsibilities:-
To repare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu
Cook food adn repare top quality menu items in a timely manner
Operate kitchen equipment safety and responsibly
Make sure all food items are stored correctly
Always maintain high standard of food hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness inthe kitchen, storage , fridges and freezers.
Job Requirements:-
SPM/Certificate/Diploma or higher academic qualification in related fields
Prefrebly have some experience in hotel banquet kitchen production
