We are looking to fill the position of Guest Services Manager working a shift pattern of Nights. As a Guest Services Manager, you must be an enthusiastic and pro-active individual who enjoys varied responsibilities with a positive approach to lead from the front, ensuring to get the best from our team.
The Guest Services Manager will be orientated, motivated, and driven to go above and beyond and deliver a warm and welcoming guest experience. Your grooming standard should be immaculate and communication skills exceptional.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of working within the Hosptiality Industry, the ability to work very efficently and have a passion to deliver a hospitable service to our guests, exceeding their expectations. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment then this is the place for you.
