Dorsett Shepherds Bush is seeking an experienced Breakfast Host to become part of our Food & Beverage team. You will be customer focused and have the ability to work under pressure. Have the aptitude to deliver flawless service through meeting and exceeding the guest’s expectation and be a pro-active team player. Previous experience is essential.
We are ideally looking for an individual who a can-do attitude and the ability to motivate the team. You must be keen to learn and develop your skills and well presented. The role will include managing training and administration, the co-ordination and/or delivery of food and beverage training
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- To take welcome the guest in accordance with the agreed Departmental Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring the guest feels welcomed
- To be fully aware of the service timings of the Hotel at all times
- To be able to read and understand the menu and communicate with the chefs
- Ensure proper guidelines are followed on setting up the breakfast buffet
- To discuss any problems with the Hotel Manager directly and front front office with appropriate solutions were necessary.
- To be fully conversant with all the Hotel and Company’s facilities.
- To ensure the delivery of the hotel standards are met by maximizing and exceeding customer expectations at all times.
