Job Responsibilities:
Setting high standards of Pastry product through out the hotel & providing assistance & advise for continued improvement.
Efficient & profitable functions of the pastry & bakery.
Supervise the pastry kitchen & bakery operations.
To assist Executive Chef in planning of dessert menus & food promotions.
To manage standards of food production & presentation throughout the hotel.
To examine the standard & quality of goods received.
To follow through standard recipes & methods of preparation practise in all time.
Job Requirements:
Strong pastry & bakery qualification or those with minimum 3 - 5 years' experience will be considered.
Good product & technical knowledge.
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
Leadership & training skill with basic English proficiency.
Creative in pastry & bakery competency.
Access & use food & beverage related personal computer skills.
Immediate availability will be preferred and added advantage.
