JOB SUMMARY:

The Jobholder is responsible for formulating, implementing and directing all of the people functions of the Group and its hotel properties in accordance with the Group’s directive and goals. He/she is also responsible for the strategic human resource planning to provide the Group with the best people talent available and to position the Group and its hotel properties as the Employer of Choice by being aware of policies, practices and trends within the hotel industry.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :

• Corporate/Regional/Hotel Operations Support
• Manage performance management system and cycle of recruitment, induction, training, development, and succession for Corporate Office & Hotel General Managers
• Global Monthly HR report & People Planning Worksheet
• Company Career Website Maintenance and Support Services
• Compensation & Benefits and Tax Reporting for Corporate Office
• Performance Review Process and Administration
• Project in Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Corporate Office/Hotel Operations and HR functions
• HR Business Partner to support Hotel General Managers & Hotel HR leaders
• Annual HR Budgeting Preparation for Corporate Office
• Support Learning & Development or ad-hoc HR projects as and when required

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree or above; major in Human resources, Hospitality Management or related subjects
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in Human Resources in a sizeable organization, preferable in hotel industry
• Good communication and problem-solving skills, strong sense of responsibility
• Self-motivated, well-organized and able to work independently
• Knowledge of Labour and Employment Regulations
• Good PC knowledge in MS office include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese, English
